Behind the Scene!
Most of our products are Kani wooven.
Kani weaving is a traditional Kashmiri textile art known for its intricate, patterned shawls. It involves a unique technique using small wooden bobbins called “Kanis” to create complex designs on a handloom.
The process is meticulous and time-consuming, requiring skilled artisans and coded pattern (Talim) to guide the weaving.
